You’re here because you’re the one doing all the things… yet still questioning yourself, imagining worst-case scenarios - and knowing deep down something has to change.
This space was created to
support your values,
anchor your beliefs, and
help you live the life you’ve been praying for.
Our approach is integrative, with real human touchpoints. We look beyond symptoms and performance (the mask you put on for others), focusing instead on your relationship with your body.
Through movement, nervous system support, honest conversation, and restorative experiences, Collective Care is where you:
are seen fully — no masks (aka pretending to be someon you are not)
rebuild trust in your body and mind - so that you don't have to rely on someone else
feel supported without overexplaining
reconnect + strengthen the relationship to your purpose, values and desires sustainably
Because your health, wellbeing, and desires aren’t something you earn,
They’re something you deserve, even while wearing all the hats.
THE DIFFERENCE
Showing up for yourself can feel uncomfortable, unfamiliar or too indulgent
That’s why every detail here is intentional
Time to be held, heard and seen - our offers are designed to feel like exhale energy *relief*
This isn’t a space where you’re told what to do (you are a leader who discerns what is for you)
It’s a space where you learn to listen, feel and respond to what your body is asking for
Movement AND Support that meets you where you are
Conversations that go deeper than reps and sets
Coaching that considers your mental, physical and emotional world

I am NOT your fixer
With a Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology, I quickly realised something:
that my body, mind and lived experience were often overwhelemed, overlooked or misunderstood.
So Collective Care was born from that gap.
A space where science, lived experience and nervous system awareness could coexist
My work isn’t about pushing you harder
It’s about helping you understand your body so you can move, rest and live with more trust and less resistance
I support high achieving humans (and those navigating big life transitions) to:
reconnect with their bodies after stress, burnout or trauma
build strength from a place of safety
understand sensations instead of fearing them
navigate postpartum, life shifts and healing journeys
develop body awareness that carries into everyday life
And sometimes, the work looks simple: breathing, moving gently, soaking your feet, or having an honest conversation.
But simple doesn’t mean surface-level
It means effective, sustainable and real.
My Philosophy
I believe:
- Awareness creates choice
- Support allows change
- Foundations matter more than intensity
- Your body is not the problem... disconnection is
- Healing and strength can coexist
Most importantly, I believe high achieving ('do it for everyone else' humans) need support too.
So Collective Care is as much a community as it is a service.
When I’m not holding space for others, you’ll usually find me:
- cooking something nourishing (or chaotic and experimental)
- exploring self-care rituals that feel grounding, not performative
- spending time with people who value growth, honesty and depth
-playing squash (it took me 3 years to learn how to hit the ball!)
Because the way I live my life reflects the way I hold space - with curiosity, intention and a little softness.
